Dr. Lucy Hughes and Dr. Robert Wells are academic experts who have led significant initiatives to establish DLD research priorities in the UK and Australia, respectively. They are experienced in co-designing initiatives alongside the DLD community, bridging the gap between academic research and the lived experiences of families, practitioners, and individuals affected by DLD.
